What your job looks like...
As an account manager, you have a lot to take into account and even more to manage to bring our clients' ideas to life. You'll manage expectations, stress levels (both yours and others'), emotions, and time, among other things. And above all, you'll manage to do all this within budget.
To manage the projects on daily basis, meaning: writing project briefs for creative, strategy, media and production and following up the delivery on those briefs.
To manage the project planning: keeping deadlines in mind, but always prioritizing for the best result.
To take the lead in the internal & external status and reporting meetings (preparing and reporting).
To manage budgets timely and precisely, financial hygiene pays our bills.
To guarantee a qualitative delivery of the projects to the last detail.
To express a serious interest and ambition in our craft, actively developing expertise(s) in our communication field(s).
To acquire a thorough knowledge of the client’s brand and business, anticipating marketing and advertising challenges & opportunities.
To actively contribute to make us put out the best work.
To be a true gatekeeper of the brand strategies of our clients and to be able to work with them in briefs, projects, reviews.
To be an advocate of the brands we work for.
What are we looking for?
That’s easy! We are looking for a Swiss army knife slash juggler slash symphony conductor slash jack/jill of all trades slash McGyver. Yes, an account manager is a highly varied job that requires a broad set of skills and natural talents.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, in control.
Stress resistant and the ability to work under tight deadlines
Capable of troubleshooting challenges by demonstrating creative problem solving.
The ability to work independently under guidance of the account director.
Social media skills are a very nice to have.
Always improving work processes and creating efficiencies.
Demonstrating excellent communication and relationships skills.
Tri-lingual is a plus
