Through a simple, interactive questionnaire, shoppers can define their taste, body shape and other preferences that would enable SKM's style consultants to put together customised outfits that they could come and try out - instore.
The convenience and speed of online shopping, minus the guesswork and impulse purchases along with the expert knowledge of the style consultants combine to help customers buy fashion that works for them.
In the first two months after the launch of Try Outfit, the average age of SKMs customer dropped by 12 years, and led to 40% increase in their web traffic. On top of that, 80% of the Try Outfit users were new customers and the average basket size more than doubled.
Thanks to Try Outfit, SKM is able to really deliver on its promise.
